Allocating Funds

When you pay money into the ParentPay account online, you now have to allocate it to a child before it can be seen as a credit.  If your child can't see the money on their ParentPay account using the touch id, it might be because funds have not been allocated.  Please read the pdfParentPay_Guide_to_Allocation_of_Funds.pdf297.2 KB for instructions on how to allocate funds.

'ParentPay' is a secure website where you can pay for all your child's meals/snacks, field trips, uniform and extra-curricular activities via an online account.  It offers you the freedom to make these payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - safe in the knowledge that the technology used is of the highest internet security available.

If you have two or more children at Cantonian you only need to activate one ParentPay dinner money account for them.  Please visit www.parentpay.com and activate one of the logins you have received via the Account login area on the home page of the site to create your main account, don't forget to change your password.  Then add your other children via the Add a child tab on the right of your home page (icon looks like a pupil with a + over it).  You can then allocate money from one payment account to either child as required.

Free school meals pupils are automatically be given a daily allowance, but if you want to top it up please use the ParentPay website to add funds to their account.
